you have to search around the mlb.tv website for the support forum. In there you'll be able to find a link where you can cancel your subscription.

there are weird blackout restrictions for MLB games which apply to MLB.tv. These restrictions were set before TV when games were on the radio and MLB never went back and reconfigured the blackout...
