If you have the manual for the motherboard or know the model number you can probably find out what those beeps are supposed to indicate and backtrack from there. I had a PC that was perfectly good...

Looks like the solder didn't make any difference on the 9900k, so not only does it run hot, but it will actually be harder to delid.
