At least it's not Emile Heskey or Dean Ashton. Maybe ARshavin will follow, and I'm sure Spurs paid wayyy too much for this guy just like they do for everyone they bring in...

I'm betting Arshavin doesn't happen. The Russians are being stubborn about the asking price, and it's too much. Spurs need to call their bluff and walk away. IMO, we don't need him if Berbatov is...

It's all within the rules of the transfer market, nothing the fans can do abot it (or the clubs really). If Man Utd refuses his transfer request you end up with a unhappy player which is never good.
