For some reason, the IIHF double-counts Olympic medals from 1920 through 1968 as World Championship medals. The only "true" World Championship gold for the US came in 1933. They haven't even reached...

The reason I don't like Hive as a team name is because it's a structure. It's like calling a team the Nests. If Utah chooses Swarm for the team, then the Hive is a logical (nick)name for their arena.

Stags design and colour scheme are drop-dead gorgeous.

Yeti design is okay, but I'd rather it used a late 90s Jazz colour scheme (purple & blue) than the Memphis Grizzlies colours pictured.
