NBCSN isn't too bad. I've seen in the early rounds they've had to put games on the USA Network which has good coverage on the same token though, they've put games on friggin CNBC! I don't understand...

I think Holland will still be involved but it'll be more like the model of the old Red Wings teams/Maple Leafs before Dubas took over in that it'll be collegial approach with the GM having final say....

I agree, I was surprised that Vigneault became the new head coach of the Flyers. I thought Scott Gordon did a GREAT job. I bet Chuck Fletcher will regret throwing Gordon to the curb.

If i'm Katz (sure wish I was, the guy has tons of cash) i'd give the GM job and ultimate control to Mark Hunter. I bet he'd turn things around within a few years.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned this but former Sens coach and GM Bryan Murray lost his battle with cancer at the age of 74. He's one of the true lifers in the game and will be sorely missed.

Great point though you'd be surprised how in this market those examples have had the first part of their names dropped by media people. I even just shorten their names for convenience sakes as well.
