With Paul Heyman he likes to work on making the characters better by hiding the weaknesses and showing their strengths. So hopefully we will see more/better character development with the wrestlers...

RAW should be taped for Christmas since it's a nothing episode and very few people watch it that night and I agree with Majingir that the New Years should be best of episode.

I think 3 hours of RAW is driving people away. You can't blame Bayley for people having more options these days on what to watch and what they watch it on.
