He had a good match against Saturn.

I'd argue the hoss match between Steiner and Goldberg later on was solid as well.

In my mind, Lesnar can put on great matches with almost anyone not named...

I said the top two title matches, which would be the triple threat and Angle/Guerrero.

Taker/Kane was a glorified squash and is well below their bout at Mania 14, but yes the entrance was fun.

It's not a great show, but both top title matches were good (the triple threat being one of the best Mania main events ever), and Christian/Jericho was also solid.
