That's what the dock is for (as long as you don't get a Lite edition). Just plug it in the dock, which is hooked up to the TV, and now it's like any traditional console for local multiplayer.

Seriously, the more I play of the Switcher 3, the more I think it on par with Zelda...or dare I say better. Zelda had the console all to itself for 2.5 years, but HOLY Cow is this game great! Love...
