I'm going to wait to see what happens at a trial before I pass judgment on anybody involved in this. I hate trial by media, or social media.

The scheduled date for that is February 2025 so I assume (maybe wrongly) that it would replace the NHL All-Star Game. I'm definitely in favour of anything replacing the All-Star Game.

Exactly. In the end it was all about more power and more control although Shanny tried to present it as Dubas wanting more money.

This was definitely the year to trade away draft picks for players.

No guarantee things start on time next season either. If I was a junior aged player I would be definitely looking at US College...

I can't believe it took this long. I mean what were they waiting for? The Ontario Hockey League hasn't even played a game and has no timetable to start.
