Matt Petgrave was arrested for manslaughter in Adam Johnson's death.

I guess under British law he wasn't named, but it's obviously him.

I say accident in that he obviously wasn't intending that outcome. But I guess anything else can be debated. Who knows. Just really unfortunate.

Yeah it's kind of hard to hold the 70's era franchise against the city. That was just way too early for southern hockey.
