I agree 100% - if the sliders actually worked - a lot of these issues could be solved - but THEY DON"T WORK!

Yeah if they fixed the fastbreak logic, I would put Live 10 back in the PS3 - otherwise I'll wait for Elite 12 (or whatever they call it) and I hope they don't waste their time trying to fix Elite 11...

As I said before, it they had fixed the fastbreaks in Live 10 I would still be playing it today.

But the question is, do the sliders, ratings etc really mean anything - do they have a tangible effect on the players/gameplay. I suspect a lot of the sliders and ratings on both games are just there...

As was probably said many times through the years but you Playmaker are the type of designer that these folks should be hiring. You definetly understand what the problems are.

I have no problem with that but they should call it like it is and take out all mention of a NBA simulation in their marketing - and if people still want to buy it knowing that - then more power to...

People still don't get it. Whether you play cpu vs. cpu, user vs. cpu, or user vs. user, without a strong, realistic AI all game modes will suffer. It is just like the bass in music and black levels...

The suits would never approve of a longer dev cycle which this game really needs. They depend on the revenue stream a yearly release generates and they know they have a dependable buying pool to...

You are correct sir. People harp to much on the graphics. I could make do with stick figures if the gameplay was authentic and realistics. EA spend your time on the AI and player tendencies
