Unfortunately it isn't a mod issue but in fact a 2K forgot about PC issue. They never updated the shoe global so even though they show up in the 2K Tool they won't show up in game. :brickwall

Scans have not been sent to 2K since before 2014 when the original Next Gen version was released. That was the old days concept and computer programs are much more advanced. Anyone who has the game...

It's the game because it also happens on PC, there are just tools on PC to correct it. It may be something to send a ticket to 2K about.

This is because for whatever reason this year the CAP's are given a normal player's png #(CPU reference). So if you try to export a player that is using a CAP generated by 2K its not going to show...

PC is pretty much on the PS4 platform so I'm going to say PS4. Generally PS5 has gotten the shoes first this year.

Yeah I actually do and a gaming CPU that was definitely more costly than what I paid for the PS5 but neither hear nor there. It’s a matter of preference of playing on CPU and being able to change...

Once again 2k has pretty much said bleep the people who paid for 2K21 on current gen. They didn't sell it at a discounted rate but haven't given the consumer the basic shoes that are in next gen...

Yeah shouldn't have even put out a current gen 2K21 because all they did was had consumers pay for a somehow possible worse version of 2K20. They've apparently done the same thing with adding shoes...

The files go into the shoe_global.iff. This only will add shoes to current/new rosters or ML/MGM. For the BYW 2, I think you have to go into the shoe creator and edit the BYW 2 for it to show up. At...

Open the zipped folder and copy the files into the shoe_global.iff that's in the waigua folder. This has to be done with the game off.

It's a glitch that's in the game. The player that is starting in your place has a higher rating than you do. For whatever reason the starters are based on the ratings instead of the votes.
