I think a combination of compact lines 0 run frequency and slow speed means the CPU can't find the space it needs to take shots until they are inside the penalty area. I think the CPU has been coded...

I dont understand the fascination with slow speed. Players dont have the speed and agility they have in real life. The community keeps mentioning this but its been ignored.

I have no problem with pushing FB's forward. After the patch defenders get back so quickly anyway and you can always bring a CB over to cover.
