It is not going to show. It is not a compatible file. They are different files for different games.

you can't load a roster file from Madden 12 on Madden 11. The only way to get an updated roster for Madden 11 is to build it or download one built on Madden 11.

How about the entire franchise file... have you been able to copy it onto a flash drive and zip it?

When I've done this I get a message saying that an exported team can't be imported to another franchise. I can import created teams but not exported teams... perhaps it has to do with the roster file...

Exported teams are playable in exhibition mode only... you can't export them from one franchise file and import them to another.

Only created teams can be imported into franchise files.
