Maybe it's just me but the game seems better optimized this year, loading times seem quicker and it just runs better.

It could be the defense in front of him is good, but I also think GK ratings are a bit off this year. It just doesn't seem like good GK performances get rewarded as much. Maybe it's just me, though.

You can totally just GM and sim the games. I sim the majority of games and focus on being a GM. You won't lose out, as the game is built for playing that way.

I was saved by Scotland League 2 not having automatic relegation. Finished bottom, as predicted, and went into a relegation playoff. Home leg was first and finished 1-1 which led to quite a thriller...

I mean, the game hasn't even been out a month. If there are any deals out there right now, they won't be big discounts. If you're on PC, maybe the Steam summer sale, but obviously that's months away.
