Its good pretty much the same as MLB tv except its main focus is on your TV while MLB TV main focus is on your mobile devices even though you can use it on your TV through other devices

OK, looks like they fixed it. I was having issues on the PS4 recently.

Everything has been so poor this year. Customer service is essentially unreachable for me too. I’ve tried phone, email, and even the text option.

I Am still on the fence to subscribe to mlb extra innings. I believe the price is $140 for the season. Seeing that customer service isnt to good at this time doesnt give me a good feeling about becoming a subscriber .

It’s usually much better. This is my first negative experience in over a decade of subscribing.

Anyone know if mlb.tv will have the ‘ballpark sounds’ audio option available this year? Love being able to tune out the play by play guys
