Re: 4/22 - 5/5 Game Discussion Thread

Ohtani homers in his first at bat in Toronto to rub salt in the wounds after our failed courtship in the off-season.

And now Muncy has homered to make it 6-0.

In hindsight I don't even think Jays had a shot. What I really think happened is definitely a hot take/conspiracy theory I won't go on about.

Yea let's bring in Tonkin in the tenth to pitch after Holmes mowed down the previous 3 batters. Great plan.

At least Oakland beat Baltimore. But feels like the Yankees blew one

I got to battle Toronto-area gridlock for 80 minutes each way to see the Blue Jays muster three hits at Rogers Centre during another loss today.

I know Guerrero and Bichette are going to break out of their slumps but the waiting is the most painful part.

It's still early...but man, Acuna is not right. It seems all he can do is pound the ball into the ground...makes you wonder how much that knee is really bothering him.

Re: 4/22 - 5/5 Game Discussion Thread

Braves lose in extras...3 pitiful at bats in the 10th. In a tie game, Braves had bases loaded with nobody out...Michael Harris, Chadwick Tromp, and Jarred Kelenic all put up horrendous at bats that failed to score/move anyone up. Oh well...can't win them all, but that's a game that should have been won.

The team needs a major shakeup. New hitting coach should've happened ages ago, and you NEED to change around the batting order.
