Seems like a good time for some time-sensitive hot takes.

COVID restrictions will have an affect on the first round of the playoffs.

Joel Embiid will be MVP.

Cade Cunningham will make at least 10 All-Star appearances.

Ja Morant will win the 2023 Dunk Contest.

Watching the NBA in Virtual Reality will eventually catch on and be monetized.

LeBron will play with the Warriors before he retires, then with his son Bronny, though neither will work out too great in the scheme of things. He'll retire with the Cavs.

People will look back on this era and disparage it for its offensive insanity. Others will be nostalgic for times gone by.

The SuperSonics are coming back by 2025.
