How do you figure attributes and tendencies for NCAA players created for college rosters? I know which players are the stars of teams but how do you rate them?

There is not really a Golden rule for these types of things. You need to setup a system for minimum and maximum values for the attributes. Example would be figure out who is the best 3 point shooter on your roster and assign his ratings. Then base all 3 point attributes off of his. Then do the same for all other attributes. This will give the roster consistency. Just remember 95 and all above ratings are usually for Hall of fame caliber ratings for that player in that area.
