Official USMNT/USWNT Thread
Mods, can we get a sticky for this? We create a thread for every roster decision or tournament or set of friendlies. Why not just a standard discussion thread.
The newest set of roster call ups are out today. Notably, Alfredo Morales is on the list. Good get for Klinsi. Another German-American to add to the stable of talent. Also, Robbie Rogers and Michael Orozco Fiscal are back on. TERRIBLE. Where are Omar Gonzalez and Mix? BTW, and just for my own personal homerism, Caleb Porter is the U23 manager. :woot:

re: Official USMNT/USWNT Thread
Fabian Hurzeler has been called up by Germany U19, so that hurts our chances to Cap tie him.

re: Official USMNT/USWNT Thread
Kind of surprised that Sasha Klesjian did not get called in over Robbie Rodgers or Orosco-Fiscal but otherwise the roster makes sense at this moment. I know may folks wanted Omar Gonzalez but I think Klinsman calls him in in January and slowly works him in. you don't want to happen to him what happened to Tim Ream.

re: Official USMNT/USWNT Thread
why does it seem like everyone dislikes robbie rogers so much? i know he doesn't really bring anything special to the table, but i think he has a great motor and just seems to make the simple pass and run so well. orozco fiscal is a head scratcher, he got his chances and didn't take advantage. it would be nice to see Onyewu continue to show improvement

Donovan has withdrawn from the France friendly in order to train with the G's for the MLS Cup. I love it.
