Week 18 Discussion Thread

Last regular season thread of the year.

Raiders/Chiefs and Titans/Jags will play on Saturday as the latter will determine the winner of the AFC South Division. Both games will be on ESPN/ABC

The remaining schedule will be on Sunday although as of now, the league hasn’t ruled out postponing Bills-Pats this week.

Ravens-Bengals has been moved to a 1pm start instead of the 4:25 slot they had.

Lions-Packers will close out the week with the Packers clinching the final playoff spot with a win OR Detroit getting that spot with a win AND a Seahawks loss or Seattle getting in with a win AND a Packers loss. Basically Detroit will know by kickoff if their season will continue for another week.

They should have had a different game on late. If Seattle wins
Lions have nothing to play for. Dallas and Philly are playing at
the same time so that they wont pull their starters.

Should have had the Lions and Packers play at the same time.
Jacksonville and Tennessee should have been the late game Sunday.
Both teams have to win to advance.

cant believe I'm this pumped for a Detroit Lions game, and Jaguars game as well, on the last game of the season.

I'm a panthers fan but lions should be fun to watch. Love their offense. St. Brown is worth the price of admission.

Definitely. Every other league/tourney where this matters has this figured out. NFL getting loose.

I’m assuming NBC has a say in the game they get and they’d rather have Green Bay needing to get a win to get in even if it’s against a team that’s eliminated instead of a Jacksonville game

Watch Aaron Rodgers or watch Josh Dobbs/Trevor Lawrence?

When you think about it from a business perspective(which is what the NFL is first and foremost, same with NBC), then the choice is always obvious.

Steelers finish at home. Least it's a 1:00 game.
