NCAA football 10 PS3 rosters

So far It is in my understanding that for some reason EA/Sony has blocked the ability to transfer roster files manually offline to NCAA 10. Im not sure there is any way around this. Does anyone have any tips or ideas or possibly just a named file that would work for NCAA 10 on the ps3?

I found Named Rosters for NCAA Football 10 for use for RPCS3.
