Green window shrinking to 0

Hi

My problem is that the green window shrinks to a minimum, even when shots are contested late. I feel like good shooters should still be able to hit contested shots.

I tried the defensive sliders jumpshot gather and release to 0 both CPU and user, shot coverage almost everything from 0 to 100. On lower values the green window is smaller, so its tougher to green shots, but contested shots are very hard to hit. If fatigued, there is 0 chance to hit a shot.

Its very frustrating to already know that I cant even green the shot.
