Madden & College Football Connectivity
So after running a CFM on Madden for the past few years on PC with a UK/EU timezone it has been such a niche league that getting users to stick around is tricky.
That being said, EA have a massive opportunity here. The rumours of Madden being crossplay makes the UK/EU pool wider. However for the league to grow, I have been hoping that EA does the following with College Football
1. Bring it out on PC. This would save me buying a console. Maybe buy it on xbox game pass?
2. Allow for at least a 32 player league. In an ideal world I would love the time for 130 users but getting games done within a 48 hour advance is a killer. With up to 32 players, it could mean that any Madden user could have their own College team too.
3. Have a feature where you have a dynamic draft class that ports to Madden. So essentially week by week you can see draft stock changes depending on how the College season plays out. Great users improving players in College Football increases the stats of the players entering the draft. You could even wind up drafting a player you built up in College, or see them drafted to a rival!
This would also promote user scouting by having access to the stats of the college players, as opposed to a letter grade in Madden.
Having a full Madden CFM of users could also mean that you can "test" new users by seeing them take on a College team first...maybe proving their worth before getting a call up to the pros??
What connectivity would you like to see between dynasty and franchise modes?
