FOF9: Change Font Size Working?

Hello saw, within the game manual it is possible to change font and size. Attempted to do this within the game, but the change to the font and size would not save, always returned to the default. Anyone else seeing this or did I do something wrong? The default size is a little too small for me so was hoping to bump it up. Although I did see the font change for the tooltips, maybe it wasn't meant to change actual screen text.

Tried to locate the correct way to report issues or ask questions to the developer from the web site, but for some reason the web site wouldn't load for me. Tried using the help button inside the game and just gave me 404 error.
