Well, I was an English major so I don't have much choice. Poetry it is!
I think it's just the male experience though -- female would be more like: "See financially stable guy, make financially stable guy grudgingly participate in elaborate ceremony, try to get financially stable guy to stop watching football for one goddamned second."
