Game time is down by a half hour and attendance is up. Players should just do their job. Players don’t make the rules. They did this themselves by playing so slow. Games are still longer with a pitch clock than they were in the 70s. Other sports leagues make rules and the players adjust. Baseball will die if the games continue to take 4 hours. NFL games are 3 hours and you play 17 of them. Baseball can’t play 162 4 hours game and continue to thrive. There is a reason they have fallen so far and that is a major part of it.
