With 10 games left to play in the 1995 regular season the Dodgers have clinched the NL West. It's late September, and LA has taken advantage of being a team on the rise in a bad division. They haven't had a winning record since 1988 and they may not this season either, but the playoffs are coming.
LA has mainly done it with solid starting pitching and good fielding. The hitting has been sparse, and the younger talent is still struggling to come in. So wins and losses come in bunches.
