It's not looking good after 20 minutes, as we trail 40-31. After the break, however, it's 55-33 for the good guys.
We do a lot of things well, shooting a FG/FT/3P "slash line" of .529/.800/.500 and holding the Red Storm to .406/.733/.379.
Asher Wise finishes with 21 points, with
Reed Weisberg not far back at 17.
Kris DeMello continues to impress as our starting pivotman (12p/9r/6b).
Justice Stafford scores 10, with 6 assists.
Weisberg has another careless game, turnover-wise, giving the ball to our opponent 7 times. He's now committed 98 turnovers, which gives him a real chance to break a season record he'd probably prefer not to hold.
Titus Pound's 112 turnovers in 2024/25 is the current mark.
Then we receive some good news out of South Bend. Notre Dame has knocked off West Virginia, 64-63. The Big East standings are tied again!

If we had a senior on our team, it would have been his Senior Night. Instead, it's simply our last home game of the season, and we win it in a rather sloppy fashion.
Kris DeMello's 15 points and 6 rebounds earn him a PotG nod over
Lowell Welter (13p/10r).
Asher Wise and
Reed Weisberg score 11 each, and
Justice Stafford--all 5'10" of him--snares 7 rebounds to go with his 8 points.

We defeat the Blue Demons and secure the Big East regular season championship, along with the top seed in next week's tournament. It's Graham's third straight conference title, and the 16th of his coaching career.
Reed Weisberg leads us in scoring with 20 points. His 4 three-pointers give him 102 for the season; he's the fourth player in 'Nova history to hit at least 100. I've coached them all:
Jacob Allen, Corey Hicks, and as of this year,
Asher Wise, who hit his 100th of the season against Providence last month.
