David is the definition of a "sleeper." There are supposedly almost 300 centers better than he is in his recruiting class, and we're admittedly recruiting him as a depth player. He's undersized, not very athletic, and he needs lots of conditioning. His high school stats are underwhelming.
Still, I look at his ratings and sense there's a player in there somewhere.
Kurt Ritchie is a rising senior, and we have two young bigs with Green potential in
Carter Todd and
Carl McGriff. If they live up to their potential, we won't need Farrell to be anything more than a rotation player. I think he's capable of being at least that good.
