---Kevin Nash, Rob Van Dam are backstage with Mean Gene as they hype their six-man tag match versus The Total Package, Buff Bagwell, and Shane Douglas. (83) Nash hypes the other partner in the six-man match as Sean O’Haire steps into the picture. (81)

---In another part of the arena, Norman Smiley and Ernest Miller are prepping for their tag team title match against Team Canada with Miller doing some stretching and Smiley practicing the Big Wiggle as Miller shakes his head. (54)

---Sting and Diamond Dallas Page are backstage and hype their tag match versus Jeff Jarrett and Ric Flair with the possibility of challenging for the world tag team titles on Monday Nitro. (94)

---Ric Flair and Jeff Jarrett def. Diamond Dallas Page and Sting in 17:22 by pinfall following Lance Storm’s interference via a superkick on Page and subsequent pin by Flair. (78) After the match, Page and Sting are beside themselves as Flair and Jarrett celebrate up the ramp and Storm retreats quickly to the backstage. (86)

---Backstage, a camera is running toward The Total Package as he is seen assaulting Kevin Nash. (68)

---Goldberg def. Rick Steiner in 12:57 by pinfall following the Spear and Jackhammer. (76) After the match, Scott Steiner makes his way halfway down to the ring while he and Goldberg argue from a distance with Goldberg inviting him to the ring. (88)

---Ric Flair and Jeff Jarrett are backstage with Mean Gene as they taunt Page and Sting on their tag team loss. Flair says he can’t help it if Lance Storm hates Page, along with everyone else. (82) Flair and Jarrett scatter when they see Page and Sting coming down the hallway. (89)

WCW World Tag Team Title Match
---Ernest Miller and Norman Smiley def. Team Canada in 13:57 by pinfall following Sting’s distraction of referee Charles Robinson and DDP’s interference with the Diamond Cutter on Mike Awesome and pin by Smiley as Storm could not make the save in time. (82) Miller and Smiley win the WCW World Tag Team titles for the first time. After the match, Storm and Awesome plead their case to Joey Styles and Jerry Lawler as Miller and Smiley celebrate with the titles. (68)
