It's probably unlikely he'll ever agree to any kind of plea because the indictment and even a conviction ensures him of millions of more dollars in fundraising/grifting and martyr status amongst his followers, but at this point, I think I'd be willing to entertain an agreement where he's spared any kind of detention if he agrees to never run for any office again for the rest of his life.
