I think I made the right decision about Robert Close. He signs with St. John's this month.
Matthew Ackerman seems very pleased with our offer. He also likes Marquette, but they haven't offered him a scholarship yet. Coach Sims will visit him this month, and Coach Manion will join him.
I think we're close to signing Rob Prendergast. He's narrowed his choice down to Lafayette and Virginia Commonwealth. VCU hasn't offered him yet. Hopefully one more month of intense recruiting will be enough to get Rob's commitment.
