No, not really. Still doing the same stuff pretty much. Work, eat, play, watch TV.
Retirement will bring more changes because I won't have to work anymore and that will free up a lot of time. But I'm not thinking about exercise, reading more etc. I'm thinking about global backpacking/travel (at least for first 2 years or so) and experience new cultures, food etc.
The "emptiness" in the house will definitely get to you. You'll know something is missing. But it does go away/lessen as you transition to a new normal.
