Daughter took back our old 10+ year old Wii system after Christmas to give to a friend who wanted it. Daughter lives off campus and shares apartment with 3 other girls.
That friend hasn't come by to pick it up yet. She was telling us about how her roommates, in the meantime, were playing the old Wii games a lot.
Wife and I were saying the roomies probably all grew up playing the Wii and they've got an opportunity to play it again now as college kids.
Also, we were wondering why the roomies weren't home with their families over the Christmas break. We assume same reason why our daughter prefers the apartment vs home with us ... feeling of independence and own space.
