We went to pick up son at the airport last night. It's about an hours drive to and from. Great to see him again after 3 weeks or so.
Peppered him with a bunch of question about work and city. Work campus has nice cafeteria food. His team and leader are nice. In a lot of training right now. Furniture delivery times are far in the future so he's had to compromise on some he normally would not have gotten. Gas is cheaper. Paycheck is monthly. There's a neighbor a couple doors down with 2 small dogs.
Nothing weird. He's just transitioning into his new normal as a working adult living by himself.
