Not sure if it deserves it's own ignored thread, or if it belongs lumped in with World Sports, but Tour de France 2017 is underway.
Big shake up today as annual green jersey winner Peter Sagan has been disqualified (appeals pending). Final sprint Mark Cavendish tried to overtake Sagan and Sagan looked to flick out an elbow and ride Cavendish into the barriers.
I'd be surprised if Sagan isnt reinstated, though. Didnt look clear cut intentional enough to kick Sagan out.
