Incidentally, the Australian T20 League does have tv coverage in the US. Willow TV is showing live games overnight and highlights during the day. It's a pay network aimed at Indians in the US (judging by the adverts it runs).
I dont know how much it costs, but it's part of my Fios sports package so cant be too much.
