A's Owner Mack, Senators Griffith, Join Suit Against Major League Baseball
A's owner Roy Mack, seeking to relocate his team to Oakland, and Senators Owner Calvin Griffith, joined today, the federal suit filed earlier in the year by Horace Stoneham and Walter O'Malley. The suit claims unfair business practices by the Commisioners office in blocking their attempts to move their franchises.
