Anyways, my first week was pretty decent. I only went to the gym a couple of days because my knee, which hasn't bothered me in months, started hurting again after a couple days of treadmill/eliptical action. But aside from Sunday where I had some snacks during the Cowboys game and a fair amount of beer (though I did buy some, blech, Michelob Ultra Amber) I ate good foods, and smaller quantities of them...
Beginning weight (1/9/08): 216.9
Week 1 (1/14/08): 213.6 (-3.3lbs)
Total weight loss: 3.3lbs
Not bad at all for one week!
