Last week was pretty good, I increased the intensity of my exercising just a little a couple days, going for a little longer and at a bit higher speed on the pedaler, I still need to get around to getting a heart rate monitor so i can attempt to optimize this a little, but I'm very happy with where i am now relative to September 1st.

I still had a couple days with some slipups where I was just starving when i left work for whatever reason, and am still working on that, but this was my best week since week 1, so I'm thrilled right now.

Starting Weight (8/31): 360.4
Week 1 (9/8): 352.2 (-8.2)
Week 2 (9/14): 349.2 (-11.2)
Week 4 (9/28): 347.0 (-13.4)
Week 5 (10/6): 342.4 (-18.0)
