I get up at a pretty consistent time on Mondays, and always prefer 'weigh in day' be a Monday morning instead of during the weekend, hence the 9 day time frame here.

I did pretty good last week, I've ramped up the exercise a bit, but as I have done that I've been HUNGRY more often, I had a few days last week where I gave in and had two sodas, ordered a pizza once, etc, but still a vast improvement from sodas every time I'm thirsty and ordering in 5+ nights a week.

I'm feeling noticeably better than I did two weeks ago, I have more energy and find myself getting sore/winded slightly less often and less easily. Goals for this week are to get some exercise every day and to reel back in the eating, trying to plan snacks and such better so i don't end up feeling extremely hungry often.
