I'm going to join in on this, as well. I need to come up with a good way to exercise routinely, so maybe posting here will help me be a little more accountable.

I had bloodwork done when I turned 30 and found out that my cholesterol is quite high. I've begun taking Crestor and need to get into better shape to help get to a healthy/manageable level.

I've stopped eating red meats, most cheeses, and have tried to generally cut down on my fat intake.

I weigh about 194 lbs and would like to get down to 175-180 lbs.

Has anyone else had their bloodwork done and started on cholesterol medicine? If not, I'd recommend getting your cholesterol and blood pressure checked by a physician and getting treated sooner, rather than later.

I'll post my cholesterol levels in a day or two and then, I'll have them done again in a few months to see if/how things have improved.
