I only managed to make it to the gym once last week (now that my knees are better my freakin' back started acting up
) but I still managed to drop a couple of pounds. Not bad, but not quite as good as I was hoping...

This weekend we're to visit the in-laws in Missouri, and they LOVE to go out to eat. Should be interesting to see if I be good while on the road...
