Despite it being my birthday last week and my eating and drinking much more than I should have, I managed to maintain last week's weight. Much better than I was expecting!

Week 1 (4/9): 216.0
Week 2 (4/16): 212.0
Week 3 (4/23): 210.5
Week 4 (5/01): 211.5
Week 5 (5/07): 210.5
Week 6 (5/14): 210.5
My knees are feeling good and tomorrow morning I'm hitting the gym. I'm hoping for a good weight next week!
