What I've transitioned to at the gym is about 25 minutes of cardio/fat burning on an elliptical and another 20 minutes or so on weights, mainly concentrating on upper body (arms and chest). I've already seen a little improvement with my arms What I need to do a better job with is crunches and push-ups at home on the nights I don't work out. The tendency is to put the kids to bed and sit down to watch TV for the rest of the night. I definitely want to tighten up my mid-section.

I'm experimenting with what and how much to add to my diet. Right now it's a double-edged sword that I don't feel like I need to eat more. I guess long-term, I want to keep that feeling, but within reason.
