I wanted to make a list somewhere for checking after however many updates/patches we'll get for M23. This list is the kind of wild INTs that I am seeing in the game release week/download week, and I will know to test them out after each update.
Bullet throws - FIXED
Lob throws - TIPS for INTs still happen, but I'm cool with that.
throws off balance / back foot - It's thankfully way, way random that this ever happens UNLESS you have selected your throwing motion to be SLINGER 1 or SLINGER 2 - you'll have a ton of nonsense throwing motions happen without rhyme or reason.
throws on the run - FIXED to what it should be / plays to ratings, I feel
tipped and caught by the same player - FIXED, as I haven't seen this ever again
swatted / deflected and caught by another player - FIXED to what ratings suggest it should only be
hit as I throw / lame ducks - FIXED to what ratings suggest it should only be
mega-jump defender snags - FIXED, as I haven't seen this ever again
reach up / feet still on the ground snags - FIXED to what ratings suggest it should only be
warping defenders from yards away of the WR - FIXED, as I haven't seen this ever again

I actually stopped seeing swat and catches. Everything else remains. The worst thing is the off balance/back foot throws. They don't make sense at all. I actually stepped up in the pocket, pushed the button to throw, but my QB leans back off balance and on one foot just lobs it up. Of course it got intercepted! Make it make sense, folks. Right now, it just doesn't.
