TWO THINGS THAT THE UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO VANDALS NEED TO COMPETE ON THE FBS LEVEL

First I think they are a great little school with lots of potential.With that said they need to upgrade their facilities.

Football

Starting with that boutique football stadium the Kibble Dome expand it or build a larger version quick. Part of attracting great recruits is the facilities, who is impressed with a 16,000 seat stadium? It is the smallest of all FBS stadiums at least least make it between 26,0000-40,000; that range would make it ideal for attention seeking athletes who want to play in a nice stadium.I think they could do better and compete with this upgrade.

Basketball

Cowan Spectrum aka the Kibble Dome has 7,000 seats, come on build another one or better yet build a bigger Kibble Dome and rename the current one and use it as the Basketball arena. 16,000 is suitable for a basketball arena,with most college basketball arenas ranging from between12,000- 18,000(with UK's Rupp Arena at 23,500 &
Syracuse Orange Carrier Dome at 33,633 being two of the largest).

These are the two most single important sports for any school(also baseball). I say upgrade and watch the fans and recruits take notice. Additionally, get a couple of knowledgeable coaches who will take their programs to the next level.
